The official ticketing portal FIFA.com/tickets is the exclusive online sales channel for the general public. Navigation through the official tournament mobile ticketing App will also be possible

There will be 3 sales phases starting respectively :

• Phase 1 : 26.09.23, 01:00 pm Saudi time
• Phase 2 : 18.10.23, 01:00 pm Saudi time
• Phase 3 : 08.11.23, 01:00 pm Saudi time

All matches and all categories will be available at the opening of each phase.

After phase 3, the last minute sales phase will continue until the end of the tournament on 22.12.23, and tickets will be subject to availabilities.

Yes, there are three different categories of tickets available: Cat 1, Cat 2, and Cat 3. Accessibility Tickets are also avaialble: Wheelchair User and two Easy Access categories. 

Individual Match Tickets and multi-match Packages are available to purchase.

All sales are final.

Spectators that can not attend a match can transfer their tickets to a new owner through the official tournament mobile ticketing App, or, for resale, they can use the official tournament resale platform.

The availability of a dedicated platform on our website for ticket resale will be introduced in phase 3 of ticket releases. 

You may not, whether physically or online, offer for sale, sell, offer at auctions, give away or otherwise transfer or attempt to transfer, or engage a third party to facilitate or solicit offers for the transfer of tickets under any circumstances, including any use or attempted use of tickets for advertising, promotions, incentive programmes, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways or raffles or as part of hotel, flight, hospitality or travel packages, or other commercial purposes, except as expressly authorised in writing by FIFA Ticketing, or as permitted by the Ticket Terms of Sale and Use.

Tickets that have been impermissibly transferred are not valid and may be cancelled at any time without notice. Any actual or attempted transfer of any tickets in violation of the Ticket Terms of Sale and Use may result in civil and criminal fines and penalties.

FIFA Ticketing and the LOC restricts the transfer of tickets for reasons including:

(i) Match security

(ii) Consumer protection

(iii) Avoidance of counterfeit tickets

(iv) Protection of a fair pricing scheme

No. Ticket holders who leave the stadium will not be re-admitted unless otherwise approved by the relevant authorities.

Ticketed spectators may wish to bring flags, banners, musical instruments or organise a group activity, such as choreographed performances or tifos in support of their team. FIFA refers to these collectively as “fan material”. A digital portal will be available from the 1st December 2023 on https://fanmaterials.fifa.org to gain approval for such items.
Note that the approval process is only required for items that are PROHIBITED. Please review the Prohibited items list included in the Stadium Code of Conduct.

No, the tickets will only be available online on the official tournament website. 

For the FIFA Club World Cup 2023™, you may purchase up to five (5) tickets per match.

Yes, to process your order, you will need to create an account. 

Yes, you must be at least 16 years old to be able to register. Attendees that are younger than 16 will not be allowed to enter without a supervising adult, even if you have a valid ticket.

Individual matches: Once you select your tickets, you can view and choose your seat on the stadium map depending on the selected category.
 
Packages: When purchasing a FIFA Club World Cup Saudi Arabia 2023™ match package, you will be automatically assigned a seat in the stadium. Your assigned seat will remain the same for each fixture included in your chosen package.

Other payment methods such as Mastercard, American Express, MADA, Apple Pay, and STC Pay are also accepted.

Tickets will only appear on the official tournament App, available on iOS and Android (which will be released in late October), the ticket QR code will be activated 24 hours before match day. No other form of ticket will be acceptable.
